Exchanges:

Exchanges are available within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returns:

Returns are not accepted after delivery.
You may inspect and try on your order while the courier is still present.

Please do not inform the courier that you are trying on the items, as this is against the courier company's policy. However, we allow customers to check sizing and fit before accepting the order.

If the items are not suitable, you may return them immediately with the courier before they leave.

Once the courier has left, the order is considered accepted and returns will no longer be possible, except in cases of manufacturing defects.

Please ensure that you are personally available to receive the order upon delivery.
This allows you to inspect the product and verify the size and condition before accepting the order.
If you are unavailable or authorize another person to receive the order on your behalf, the order will be considered accepted upon delivery and will be subject to our exchange and return policy.

The shipping company offers up to three delivery attempts. To ensure a smooth delivery process, customers should coordinate a convenient delivery time and be personally available to receive, inspect, and either accept or reject the order upon delive

Shipping & Size Trial Policy

We do not offer partial shipments.
In some cases, we may be able to send two or more sizes of the same item for fitting purposes.

This option must be discussed and approved in advance with our customer service team via Instagram Direct Message before order confirmation.
Approval is subject to size availability and is arranged beforehand to ensure a smooth delivery and fitting process.
