Returns are not accepted after delivery. You may inspect and try on your order while the courier is still present.
If the items are not suitable, you may return them immediately with the courier before they leave.
Once the courier has left, the order is considered accepted and returns will no longer be possible, except in cases of manufacturing defects.
Please ensure that you are personally available to receive the order upon delivery. This allows you to inspect the product and verify the size and condition before accepting the order. If you are unavailable or authorize another person to receive the order on your behalf, the order will be considered accepted upon delivery and will be subject to our exchange and return policy.

لا يوجد استرجاع بعد استلام الطلب. يمكنك فحص الطلب وتجربة المقاس أثناء وجود مندوب الشحن.
إذا لم يكن المنتج مناسبًا، يمكنك إعادته فورًا مع المندوب قبل مغادرته.
بعد مغادرة مندوب الشحن، يُعتبر الطلب مقبولًا ولا يمكن استرجاعه إلا في حالة وجود عيوب تصنيع.
يُرجى التأكد من تواجدك شخصيًا وقت تسليم الطلب واستلامه بنفسك. يهدف ذلك إلى منحك فرصة فحص المنتج والتأكد من المقاس والحالة قبل قبول الطلب. في حال عدم تواجدك أو قيام شخص آخر باستلام الطلب نيابةً عنك، يُعتبر استلام الطلب وموافقته بمثابة قبول نهائي للمنتج وفقًا لسياسة الاستبدال والاسترجاع المعتمدة.
توفر شركة الشحن ما يصل إلى 3 محاولات لتسليم الطلب. لذا يُرجى التنسيق لاختيار موعد مناسب والتأكد من تواجدكم شخصيًا أثناء التسليم لفحص المنتج واتخاذ قرار قبول أو رفض الطلب قبل استلامه.

يجب الاتفاق مسبقًا مع فريق خدمة العملاء عبر رسائل إنستجرام قبل تأكيد الطلب. يتم توفير هذه الخدمة بعد الموافقة المسبقة ووفقًا لتوفر المقاسات، لضمان تنظيم عملية الشحن والتجربة بشكل مناسب.
