Return & Exchange Policy

Customer satisfaction is our priority. If your order doesn’t meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it under the following conditions:


1. Immediate Return Option

  • Please check your order upon delivery.
  • If the item does not meet your expectations, you may return it immediately with the courier.
  • You will only be charged the shipping fees.

2. Return & Exchange Requests (Within 14 Days)

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item is in its original packaging
  • The item is unused and unworn
  • Original tags are attached
  • The item is free from stains, odors, or any damage

Important:

  • Shipping costs for returns and exchanges after delivery are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Items that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.

3. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and passes inspection, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • The processing period starts from the date the item is collected by the courier.
