Return & Exchange Policy
Our customers satisfaction is our priority.If, for any reason, your order does not meet your expectations, we offer a return and exchange process.

1. Immediate Return Option

We kindly ask that you check your order upon delivery.
Should the item not meet your expectations, you may return it immediately through the courier without paying any shipping fees.
This method is recommended to help you avoid the cost of return shipping.

2. Return & Exchange Requests (Within 14 Days)

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met:

-The item must be in its original packaging
-The item must be unused and unworn
-Original tags must be attached
-The item must be free from stains, odors, or any form of damage
Please note that shipping costs for returns and exchanges initiated after delivery are the responsibility of the customer.
Items that do not meet the above conditions may be rejected.

3. Refund Process

Once your return has been collected and received, and the item passes our quality check. Please note ; your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days starting from the date the item collected by the courier.
Refunds will be issued via Instapay or Vodafone Cash.
